WRT - IICRC Water Restoration Technician Course ---February 22-24, September 19-21 

Taught by Kevin Fisher

$359/student + $50 Exam Fee

As the essential introduction to water damage restoration, the Water Damage Restoration Technician course teaches a core knowledge of  water damage causes and effects, proper drying techniques, drying equipment types and use, and an introduction to  contamination such as sewer backflow and microbial growth. CCT - IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician Course  -- Dates TBA

$279/student + $50 Exam Fee

The Carpet Cleaning Technician course teaches the fundamentals of carpet cleaning. Topics include fiber types and characteristics, fiber identification, carpet construction and styles, dyeing at the mill, soil characteristics and the chemistry of cleaning. This course will also introduce the technician to the 5 methods commonly used in carpet cleaning.  Call us to register.


UFT - IICRC Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technician Course - Dates TBA

Taught by Craig Jaspers

$279/student + $50 Exam Fee

In addition to learning upholstery cleaning methods, a student of the Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning Technician course will learn about upholstery fiber categories, fiber identification and testing, manufacturing of the fiber and fabric, chemistry of cleaning, upholstery protection methods, spotting and potential problems. Each student will leave with a specific knowledge about fabric and fiber content, as well as furniture construction. By enabling the technician to identify limitations and potential cleaning related problems on a given piece of upholstery, the technician will be able to properly set the customer's expectations and tackle any upholstery job with confidence and a satisfied customer. 


SRT- IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician Course  -- March 7-8, December 5-6

The Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician course concentrates on technical procedure for successfully completing the restoration of a fire and smoke damaged environment.  The course covers smoke odor removal, structure cleaning, surface preparation and finishing, and contents cleaning, including wood furniture, documents, books, and electronics. OCT - IICRC Odor Control Technician Course  -- March 9, December 7

Taught by Gary Loiben

$199/student + $50 Exam Fee (* Sign for OCT & SRT and get $50 discount!)

The Odor Control Technician course covers odor sources, detection process, equipment, chemical options and applications. The student will learn proper technique to detect, remove, and deodorize odors caused from biological sources such as decomposition, urine contamination, and mold,  combustion sources such as fire and smoke damage, and chemical sources such as fuel oil spills or volatile organic chemicals.
